The DownLoader is our premium J-Style carrier with features for low clearance, ease of loading and universal fit for most load bars. These carriers also include corrosion proof frames, molded strap bales, replaceable base pads, replaceable upper sleeves and a new fold-down release design for 2020.The universal mounting system fits a large cross section of aftermarket load bars (round, square and oval) as well as most factory systems. Also includes two lengths of mounting bolts to achieve the best rack installation. Comes with cam style load straps and bow & stern safety tie-downs.

Return Policy Returned products must be in the same condition as when the product was originally received. Returns will be refunded for the full price of the item excluding returns of items that were not as described/damaged. If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt the buyer must notify us within 14 days of the receipt and make return arrangements. Returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the original order date. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip and sent via a traceable source.
